東宝ハウス松戸の山田浩平（やまだこうへい）と申します。

早速ですが、実は…という話しがありまして…
私自身が東宝ハウスを通じてマイホームを購入した一顧客であり、ＴＯＨＯＨＯＵＳＥＣＬＵＢの会員です！「お客様」として体感した心地よさ、きめ細かさ、安心感を当時の仕事である教育業界でも取り入れていたのですが、縁あって、40歳を機に東宝ハウス松戸に転職し、今はみなさまに当時私が感じたことをそのまま感じていただけるよう最大限できることを行っております！

これまで東宝ハウスのサービスの良さは顧客として十二分に実感してまいりました。
今度は営業として私がそれを皆様にご提供できるよう【ユーザーファースト】【ユーザーハピネス】の精神でがんばってまいります！

大学時代は地理学を専攻し、地図を見て実際に現地に行ってみることが根っから大好き。今の仕事とのつながりを感じます（笑）。
卒業後、地方新聞で取材記者をしておりましたが、20代のうちに海外を見てみたいとアメリカ・カリフォルニアに4年間留学。
現地の学生や各国の留学生と机を並べて勉強し、休日には仲間とサーフィンや山登りなども楽しみました。
帰国後、学んだことを活かして人の役に立ちたいとシンガポールにある日系の進学塾に就職、英語講師として教壇に立ち、現地に住む日本人の小中高生たちに毎日真剣勝負で勉強を教えておりました。

若いうちに海外を経験でき、多くの人たちと出会って視野を広げられたことは私の人生の宝です。
教育業界が長かったので、ご夫婦とお子様の両方の視点から幸せなお住まい探しについてサポートさせて頂けると思っております。
なんでも知りたい好奇心とバイタリティは若い人たちにも負けません。

Hello！
My name is Kohei Yamada. I am a staff member of TOHO HOUSE MATSUDO.

To begin with, I want to tell you something about myself.
I myself am a customer who bought my own house with the help of TOHO HOUSE and also am a member of TOHO HOUSE CLUB now.

I used to work in the education industry for many years. At the age of forty I decided to change my career and started working for TOHO HOUSE MATSUDO. Since then I have been doing my best to provide the feeling of comfort, great care to details, the sense of safety to all my clients in just the same way TOHO provided me when I bought my house.

I have fully appreciated TOHO’s great service as a customer. Now as a real estate agent I am determined to make every effort to make my clients happy with the spirit of our “Client First” and “Client Happiness.”

I majored in Geography when I was in university because I love looking into maps and go to the places on my own. I kind of feel that I found the root of my career as a real estate agent there.

After graduation I work for local newspaper as a reporter for some years. Hoping to visit overseas as young, I moved to the U.S. to study in a college in California. I worked really hard with American students and international students from all over the world while I enjoyed surfing and climbing with them whenever I had spare time.

After I came back to Japan, I found a job as an English teacher in a Japanese prep school in Singapore, wanting to utilize my skill and knowledge in English. I taught Japanese elementary, junior high, high school students. Every day was full of fun, learning a lot of new things with those cheerful and talented young students.

It is my life-time treasure that I was able to experience studying and working overseas as young and broaden my sight through meeting many people with different values and thoughts.

As having been working in the education industry for long time, I am thinking that I can support my clients to find their best houses from both couples and their children’s points of view.

I am even more confident about my curiosity and vitality as I accumulated my age.
I will promise to try my best to help you whatever request you bring to us.
